Delivery and returns

Collection from either shop is free. Orders are usually ready within one hour during opening times.

Same-day London delivery costs £7, by courier within 2 hours, for addresses within 4 km of our Kensington shop, for orders placed by 9pm.

UK tracked delivery costs £6 and arrives the next working day. Carrier and cut-off to be confirmed by the owner. We deliver within the UK only.

Change of mind: online orders can be returned within 14 days of the day you receive them, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. The device must be in the condition we sent it. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and by the warranty shown on the product page.
